Pls do not buy this product. Its been just 4 months and the CSF needs to be changed. Not even consumed 1000 ltrs of corporation water, when the company claims the life of CSF for 3000 ltrs.Now to replace CSF, u have to purchase it and also u need to again pay installation charges though the product is within warranty. Now what is the meaning of warranty I don't understand.I think I might go to consumer court now for this..

I was tempted by the reasonable price tag ( Rs 7500). of this unit.WHAT happens is that the purification filter needs to be changed every 3 to 4 months.The price of kit one year ago was Rs 900 plus Rs 150 , every three months the the price Is hikedBy 100 bucks. Today I ordered , the cost is Rs 1500 plus 150. In short I will be paying about Rs 6000 per year for using this filter.AND THESE CROOKS CALL IT LOW ON MAINTAINANCE

The productbis very bad. Compare to other purifier. I bought it drim amzon....after 6 months the water leaked from the purifier.....we called to cutomer service of HUL but they r not cum with asingle call....we have to call them atleast 4...5 times then they will cum...and take a service charge....if a product is in waranty.And they were given the proper service....the boy does not solve the problem.....took money from me. And now its ok told me....but again after 1 month it leaked....and water going iside the machinary. ..so...Please dont buy such faulty product ......try anothe4 best purifiers....amazon also doesnt help us. As we purchased the product from them.
UV Light problem

Brand new product was delivered with a non-operational UV lamp. HUL took over 5 working days (7 days in total) to replace it. The installation team did not even check if the product was functional when they installed it. They just installed it and left. Only after trying to use it we realized there was a problem with the product. Clearly there is no quality control or checking done before dispatching the product.
Disappointed with product.

Gkk saying 3000 liter but giving only around 1000-1500 liter . You have to change the gkk after every 3-4 months which costs Rs1150. Better choose other purifier.

I generally buy any product after huge research in Market however Pureit Marvella UV disappointed badly. I would like to share my feedback about this product.
1. It reduces only 10% TDS from water.
2. No changes in Taste.
3. Customer support is really pathetic.
Pls check Aquagaurd bcz they are in Market since beginning and doing more research on this field. Pureit is just a Freshers in this market and need lot of improvement.

I am using this product for last 2 years.
Every six months the UV lamp expires and asks for replacement. Once the lamp is expired, purifier gets locked and stops the water flow till the lamp is replaced, making even the secondary filtering mechanism (i.e. filter candles) useless.
Unless you spend approx. Rs. 1000 this purifier wont start working again.
Finally I am back to flipkart to replace the purifier itself and get rid of the nuisance permanently.
